Secretary’s Report-present members approved meeting minutes from 10/20/21 B. Treasurer’s Report: 1. Recent financial transactionshave posted for charges of two monthlyQuickbookfees, a square charge, and an outstanding check for the movie licensing of $533. Square also charges a percentage for each transaction. A $970 deposit made through square up from our Movie Night Sponsors from K& N Sales, DHS Alumni Class of 1993. The account continues to receiveprofit from Amazon Smile moneypurchases linked to previous ProGrad account.

Movie Night 1.November 12, 6-9 pm, Dulles High School football field suggestions werediscussed and agreed minimumnumberof tickets sold to continue withevent is40, if less we would decide by Wednesday, November 10, to move Movie Night to Thursday November 18. Students unable to attend the new Movie Night date, options to refund$10or keep ticket towards Movie Night in December. 2.Sponsors for Movie Night of $1,000 were K&N Sales, Justin Hawes & Blair Drenner-DHS Alumni Class of 1993, an appliancecompany. Contactschool, Ms. Wilcox, to place sponsors on marque, createbanner for DHS Stadium Fence. Jenny Lew, social mediaparent to post sponsors on Facebook, Instagram, Dulles ProGrad website, and Twitter. 3.Security-Delmy submitted request form for Movie Night andhas beenconfirmed at $40 an hour. A check requested to pay security the day of event from treasurer. 4.Advertisingfor DHS Project Graduation program cause, purpose, and plan havebeen communicated via email to studentsand parents’ grades 9-12, from Ms. Warren as well as the ProGrad Board. Social Media, DHS School Newsletter, andDulles ProGrad webpage have also been updated to current ProGrad Class of 2022 as well as promoting coming fundraisers. Several organizations have been posting and spreading the word for Movie Night Fundraiser on their webpages. Flyer also posted on SportsYouapp. 5.Lack of volunteers for Movie Night are a huge concern. Signup genius has been emailedto all parents of DHS. A list of Senior parent emails to be created in signup genius and resend for Movie Night volunteers. Movie Night tickets to be sold daily at school lunchesfor week of 11/8-11/12.
B. Pizza Sales 1.Pizza sell fundraiserisplanned on Monday’s due to priceof $6 each large pepperonior cheese given by Papa John’s Pizza on. First pizza sale this upcoming Monday, 11/8/21, tables located in the Mall Area of school. Jenny to contact Ms. Wilcox regarding posting Pizza Sales on announcementsand marquee. Yesenia to create a pizza banner. 2.Pizza cost for students as follows- 1 slice for $3; 2 slices for $5or $20 (entire pizza box). Sandra Gould to place order for 80 pizzas for Monday. Sellingpizza every other Monday. Math & Science academy sells on Tuesday’s. 3.Tammy to get information regarding Zelle account at Wells Fargo. Also, inquiring about Squareapp andhow to avoid percentage charge. Tammy to purchase plates, napkins, gloves for Pizza sales at Costco. IV. New Business A.Spirt Nights-Sandi Brunello has volunteered to collectinformationfrom restaurantsin the Stafford and Sugar Land area who will support ProGrad by hosting Spirit Nights. Any information needed or gathered will be emailedto the Dulles Prograd gmail. B.Additional fundraisers 1.Kendra Scott-Kim willreach out to Kendra Scottstorefor dates and availabilityof hosting a Holiday Fundraiserin Decemberor futuredates.Yesenia to investigate profit made in 2019. 2.Sugar Land Holiday Lights-ProGrad received email about participating in a fundraiser for the Sugar Land Holiday Lights event. SLHL would create a flyer with ProGrad name with a $2 coupon. Each $2 coupon redeemed would go back to ProGradin a profit. 3.Senior Serve-Event usually hosted by Senior students. Organizations or group of Senior students would choose a theme and decorate an 8–10-persontable. Family, friends, neighbors, staff, etc. would purchase seats. Discuss next meeting further details and probability of having event. 4.ProGrad is enrolled inAmazon Smile fundraiser. Tammy to get information on accountand retrieve link. Information to then be postedand promoted on social media, webpage, school. andnewsletter. 5.Tammy motioned to vote on the $1000 deposit needed to reservethe date of May20, 2022, at Andretti’s RaceTrack in Katy. Tammy to contactperson in charge of providing information, other available dates, details, and/ordocumentsto reserve facility. Members presentdiscussed a price students would pay to attend ProGrad night of $40. Prograd funds would pay difference.
